We set up service with a credit card for automatic billing. Your card is set up on file and is charged after your service is completed. Service will not be started until we have a valid card on file.

No contracts. You can start or stop your service at any time. We do have a Terms of Service Form with information about our service and authorization to enter your yard.

Call Dog PooPros at (208) POO-PROS and a professional representative will come out to your Community, Apartment Complex, Senior Living Center or Community Park and provide a customized quote that will fit your needs and budget. Quotes will be unique to your property with a service plan for pet waste removal on a weekly, twice a week or custom schedule. Our quote will include servicing of your pet waste stations by disinfecting, cleaning, refilling pet waste bags and supplies. We can even install new pet waste stations as needed. ALL NEW SERVICES will be charged a one-time initial clean-up fee based on your last poop cleaning. Typical initial cleanup fee is $30 per 1/2 hour and $15 per each additional 15 minutes.

Dog PooPros technicians are not allowed to climb or jump over fences and gates. Please make sure your gate is unlocked during your scheduled day. Our professional technicians will always ensure your gate is securely shut after service is completed. If your gate is locked we will charge for that weeks service and notify you in writing. Service will either be re-scheduled or performed on your next scheduled date.

Heavy rains or snow may delay our professional pooper scooper technicians. If this happens we should be able to catch up by the next day or so. If we encounter a large amount of snow that delays us multiple days, you will still be charged for service and we will complete service on your next scheduled cleanup day. Understand we will have twice as much dog poop to cleanup on your next scheduled visit.

We do not work on the following holidays..

• Thanksgiving Day
• Christmas Day

If your service day falls on one of these holidays, we typically service the day before or after the holiday.

We LOVE dogs! However, if your dogs are protective of their homes or surroundings it would be best for safety reasons to place your dogs inside or away from the service area on your scheduled window of service. Please let us know about your situation if you have any questions.
