Terms of Service
Day of Service
Customers are responsible for maintaining access into and out of the yard on scheduled service days. Dog PooPros technicians will not climb or jump fences to perform pooper scooper services.
Lawn
Please ensure grass is mowed regularly to received the best service.
Frefer-A-Friend
Dog PooPros will give a free scoop to you and a free week trial to your referred friend. Keep those referrals stacking and we will keep scooping!
Dogs
We love dogs! However, if your dogs are protective or aggressive for safety reasons, please place pets inside or away from the service area during your scheduled window of Pooper Scooper Service. If your pets are aggressive when we arrive, we will need to reschedule services and Dog PooPros will notify you that day service couldn’t be completed.
Weather
Heavy rains or snow may delay our professional pooper scooper technicians. If this happens, we should be able to catch up by the next day or so and will notify you if there was a delay or reschedule. If we encounter a large amount of snow that delays us multiple days we may still charge for service and complete your pooper scooper service on your next scheduled clean up day. Understand we will have twice as much dog poop to clean up on your next scheduled visit.
Guarantee
If you are not completely satisfied with that days scheduled service, simply let us know. We will either come back to Re-Doo your yard and or credit that days service. Refer to the "Re-Doo" Guarantee.
How We Charge for Service
We set up service with a credit card for automatic billing. Your card is set up on file securely and is charged after your service is completed. Service will not start until we have a valid card on file.
Contracts
Dog PooPros doesn't have any contracts on Residential Service. We will need you to check the Terms of Service box at sign up so our professional technicians can enter your yard to perform pooper scooper services.
Holidays
We do not typically work the following holidays. If your service day falls on one of these days, we typically service the day before or after the holiday.

- Independence Day
- Labor Day
- Thanksgiving Day
- Christmas Day
Cancellation or Suspended Service
If service is no longer desired please notify Dog PooPros 48 hours in writing so that we can cancel scheduled service. If your pets will not be using the yard for a certain period of time (i.e. vacation, illness etc) and do not wish to be charged for unnecessary visits please call 48 hours in advance of your scheduled service.
Pet Waste Disposal
Dog PooPros will double bag the waste and place in customers trash receptacle. We do offer a site removal option for additional $2.95 per week or $9.95 on a one time pick up.
Liability
Dog PooPros assumes no liabilities for damage to yards, gates, pets or properties. By initiating service, both parties agree to the above terms and responsibilities.
Service Agreement
A service agreement will be emailed to customers before services are performed. It will include details on services, dates, estimated window of time, estimated cost and contact information. Dog PooPros LLC has the right to adjust schedules based on service route changes. Customers will be notified by email of any changes in service times, dates or prices.
